Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. Refunds are processed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
1.2. The online store administration reserves the right to change the refund policy without prior notice.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1. A refund is possible if the item is returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
2.2. The item must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, and must retain its marketable condition.
2.3. The customer must provide proof of purchase (a receipt or other supporting document).

3. Refund Procedure

3.1. To initiate the refund procedure, the customer must contact the online store’s support service via email or phone.
3.2. After receiving the request, a representative of the online store will provide detailed instructions and the return address.
3.3. The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the moment the returned item is received and verified for compliance with the refund conditions.

4. Transaction Cancellation

4.1. The customer has the right to cancel the transaction before the item is shipped by contacting the online store’s support service.
4.2. In case the transaction is canceled after the item has been shipped, a refund is only possible after the item is returned in accordance with the terms outlined in Section 2.
