We want you to be 100% satisfied when you do business with us. Whether it is your first purchase with us, or you have been a loyal long-time customer, we want you to order at our shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, simply return it in its original condition and we will gladly process your return for a full credit or refund.
Notes: All returned products must be sent in their original condition within 3 business days after receiving your package in order to receive a full credit or refund. Any returns sent after that date will not be accepted. No markings, highlighting, stickers or stamps can be seen on returned products others than the original. Before returning the item(s) you will need to call our customer service or write us an e-mail with the following information: your order number; product serial number; reason for return.
We will not accept a return if the product(s) are not in their original condition (in the condition we have sent the product to you), in their original undamaged packaging. All of the packaging materials must be included. All returned items must include original, unused packing materials including in-box inserts. All added accessories (if any) and all printed materials like warranty information, “quick start” flyers and manuals must be unmarked and included. Please allow up to five weeks for us to give you a refund or credit your account and also disregard any charges related to the returned product which may appear on statements you receive during that time.
Your order is important to us and is therefore processed promptly within 24 hours (except federal holidays), so we may be unable to cancel your order before it is shipped. Shipping charges are not refundable.
